Generally the timber frame building element is the same for all builds. 140mm external timbers (200mm when finished) 89mm internal walls (100mm when plaster-boarded). 195mm floor and ceiling timbers, all fully insulated.

Basic Finish includes: UPVC Windows, Textured Paint External Finish, Shingle Tiles, Basic kitchen, bathroom and carpentry.

High Standard included: Timber or UPVC Windows, Weatherboard or Cedar Cladding, Good Quality Internal Finishes with greater kitchen and bathroom budgets.

Luxury Standard includes: Aluminium Clad Softwood Windows, Slate Tile Roof, Render or Stone Cladding, Oak Woodwork and Doors, Quality Kitchen and Bathroom budgets. Multiple features.
Deciding on a design or size is often determined by the clients budget. You can choose a large home to a basic finish or for the same price a smaller home to a higher standard of finish. Please see these example prices to help determine your budget.
