We’d like some advice regarding planning etc. We “think” we would need to put a 2nd sceptic tank in (again, this is something we could also do with advice on do we or don’t we?) and know we would need to lay hardstanding ground where the property would be sited. Does this mean we need to apply for Planning Permission or Certificate of Lawfullness?
Would you have anyone that could come and view the site to help us with recommendations.
We have started to get costs from builders and electricians etc but reading your site it seems you can provide all that within the build.
We have drawn up plans using the template from your site, I guess we can send that to you for a quote?
